Its everywhere right now...its that time of year. We all do it, we all say it "this will be there year I lose weight", but is it ever....no. Well, at least not for me. So this year I'm choosing to just be happy, no diets, no unwanted workouts, only doing what I want to. If I want to work out I will, otherwise I'm not making myself feel bad for being me. If you don't like me or how I look then don't be around me. I'm not the type of person who does good when being told what to do, so why do I do this to myself every year.
